The name Anchor Core AI is not a brand exercise — it's a declaration. An anchor holds firm no matter the storm, and that's the promise behind everything built here. Faith comes first, before family, before work. Every engagement is approached with the same conviction: do the right thing, do it right, and stand behind it completely.
Anchor Core AI is founder-led and founder-delivered. I'm Robert Holloway II — a man of Christian faith, a husband and father, and a retired U.S. Coast Guard veteran. Everything in that order. I built this business to operate at the highest level, and the agencies I work with understand this is a partnership, not a transaction.

My career in the United States Coast Guard gave me a standard I've never lowered — serving on active duty managing personnel and pay systems with 99.8% accuracy, leading people, and implementing changes with real consequences for real lives. I medically retired after an active-duty injury, carrying that same discipline into everything I build.
I then turned to education to sharpen it — a Master of Science in Leadership, with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Strategic Organizational Development, built on a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing, and grounded in a specialized Associate of Science in Professional Golf Management. I've pointed all of it — the military standard, the leadership training, and the business foundation — at building Anchor Core AI.
