A Notice to Every Visitor

Everything on this site was built in service to Jesus Christ and to the families this mission protects. The man who built it claims to be nothing more than what he is: a human being — flawed, forgiven, and grateful; a devout Christian who lives life to the fullest and enjoys everything God made for all of us to truly enjoy on the earth He designed; a servant, and a steward of what was entrusted to him.

And a shepherd does not need to be perfect to lock the gate at night. This Notice is that lock. It exists because there are people in this world who steal, who lie, and who will use anything they can find to try to ruin a man, his family, and his work. It is written in peace, published in the open, and it will be enforced — because protecting the flock is part of loving it.

The book, the testimony, the Your Testimony gift, and every word of ministry on this site are given freely and meant to be shared — whole, unaltered, and with a link back to this site. Share them with your family, your church, your whole world. What is written here about Christ belongs to anyone who needs it; the gospel was never our property, and it never will be.

Freely given means freely read, freely linked, and freely shared whole and unaltered — for personal and ministry use. It does not mean the author's authorship is surrendered. The text itself remains his original copyrighted work: no one may reproduce it for sale, republish it as their own, or adapt it into any other medium — film, television, stage, audio, podcast, or any derivative work — without the author's prior written permission. No such debt or obligation has been assumed, guaranteed, co-signed, or taken on by any of them, and none is created or implied by anything written here. Each person and each entity answers only for what is their own.

This mission speaks of the founder's father with love, and honors him — as a father, as a faithful man of Christ, and as someone this family is fighting to bring home. It honors the founder's mother and his family in the same spirit. All of that is a bond of family and of faith. It is not a business arrangement, not a legal partnership, not a joint venture, and not any merging of finances or liabilities — and none is being announced or formed. Any word here about honoring one another, standing together, or a shared legacy means exactly that and nothing more: a family walking side by side in faith. It creates no partnership of any kind, it does not join anyone's separate legal or financial affairs, and it may not be read, in any forum, to do so.

The testimony published on this site is personal religious expression, written in ownership, not accusation. It accuses no one, it makes no allegation of fact against any person, and it narrates only the author’s own faith journey, his beliefs, his opinions, and the parts he owns before God.

This family has already lived through what lies can do. So let this be understood: knowingly false statements about the founder, his father, his family, or this Company — published anywhere, in any form — will be answered. First in prayer, because that is who we are. Then in law, because that is what the law is for: defamation and business-disparagement claims, demands for retraction, damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs wherever the law allows.

Every page of this site is timestamped and version-controlled. The record of what was actually said here — and what was not — is preserved and provable.

Violations of this Notice are pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law — strictly, uniformly, and automatically, for everyone, everywhere. Remedies include direct and consequential damages, disgorgement of profits from misappropriated work, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees and costs where available.

This Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in the state and federal courts of Travis County, Texas. These protections are cumulative: they stand alongside copyright, trade-secret, patent, defamation, and every other right the law provides, and they do not limit any of them.

None of this is written in fear, and none of it is written in anger. “If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” (Romans 12:18) As much as lies in us, we are at peace — and this page exists so it can stay that way.

If you came here to read, to learn, to doubt, or to heal: every door is open to you, and you are genuinely welcome.
