Anchor Core AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal and health-related information you share with us. This Notice describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where applicable, and applicable state insurance department regulations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the services described in this Notice. We do not display advertisements and we do not use your conversation data to train general AI models.
All data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security enforced at the database level. Your data is isolated by organization and role — no agent can access another agent's data, and no GA admin can access another agency's records. AI conversations are stored for owner review and quality assurance only. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit.
We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at rob@anchorcore.ai. Agents may also contact their GA Admin, who has access to manage profile data within their organization.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.
By accessing or using the Anchor Core AI platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a General Agency or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Anchor Core AI is a software platform serving families using our prison and reentry, family court, and estate self-help tools, and the counties and States that carry the cost of those tools so families never pay for them. Anchor Core AI is not a law firm, not an attorney, and not an insurance agency, and it sells none of those things. An individual may optionally ask to be referred to an independent licensed insurance agency; any policy is that agency's, never ours. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Anchor Core AI partners selectively. Access to the platform is by application and subject to approval. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and for any lawful reason, to accept or decline any prospective client or partner, and to suspend or conclude any engagement. Every client relationship — and any discount or special pricing — is a mutual fit subject to our approval. Nothing on this site or in our materials constitutes a binding offer to contract; an engagement exists only once accepted in writing by Anchor Core AI LLC. Discounts and decisions are never based on any characteristic protected by applicable law.
IMPORTANT: Every AI-generated response, document draft, explanation, deadline, and summary provided by Anchor Core AI is for educational and informational purposes only. None of it constitutes:
You prepare and file your own documents. Anchor Core AI does not file anything for you, does not appear for you, and does not submit anything to any court or agency on your behalf. Have a licensed attorney review anything before you file it. Every decision, and every filing, is yours.
Anchor Core AI is not a Covered Entity under HIPAA. Medical facts can matter to an advocacy matter — a compassionate-release request or a court filing may turn on them — so store them in your private document vault rather than typing them into AI conversation fields, which are logged.
All platform software, design, content, and AI prompting architecture is the proprietary property of Anchor Core AI LLC and Robert Holloway II. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure of platform architecture is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anchor Core AI and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in AI responses, missed alerts, or commission calculation discrepancies. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Portions of this website — including “Good vs. The Lost — The Modern Day Book of Job,” the founder’s testimony, and the related mission pages — are the founder’s personal religious testimony and protected expression, published for ministry purposes: to point readers to Jesus Christ. They are shared freely, and they are meant to be shared — read them, link to them, and pass them along whole and unaltered for personal and ministry use. Shared freely, however, does not mean authorship is surrendered: the text remains the founder’s original work, © 2026 Robert Holloway II, and all rights are reserved beyond that personal and ministry use. No one may reproduce it for sale, republish it as their own, or adapt it into any other medium — film, television, stage, audio, podcast, or any derivative work — without the author’s prior written permission. Adaptation, film/television, and licensing inquiries are welcome at rob@anchorcore.ai.
That testimony is written in ownership, not accusation. It accuses no one, it makes no allegation of fact against any person, and it narrates only the author’s own faith journey, beliefs, opinions, and the parts he owns before God. Nothing published on this site is, or shall be construed as, an admission of liability, wrongdoing, or fact by the founder or by Anchor Core AI LLC, and none of it is offered or intended as evidence in any dispute or proceeding.
It is strictly prohibited to use any content on this site: (a) out of context, or in any misleading, distorted, or excerpted form that changes its meaning; (b) to harass, intimidate, defame, or cause harm to the founder, his family, or any other person; or (c) in any distorted or misrepresented form as a pretext for pursuing or threatening claims against the founder, his family, or the Company. Any such use is a material violation of these Terms.
Violations of this Notice will be pursued and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law — including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs where available — under the same strict enforcement posture as the Company’s Non-Disclosure Agreements. These protections are in addition to, and do not limit, any other right or remedy available to the Company and its founder at law or in equity.
Anchor Core AI is a technology company and self-help platform — not a law firm, and not your attorney. We do not give legal advice. For advice on your specific situation, connect with an independent licensed attorney through your state bar's Lawyer Referral Service — the established, trusted way to reach a real attorney near you.
