Anchor Core AI ("Company," "we," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal and health-related information you share with us. This Notice describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where applicable, and applicable state insurance department regulations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the services described in this Notice. We do not display advertisements and we do not use your conversation data to train general AI models.
All data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security enforced at the database level. Your data is isolated by organization and role — no agent can access another agent's data, and no GA admin can access another agency's records. AI conversations are stored for owner review and quality assurance only. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit.
We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at rob@anchorcore.ai. Agents may also contact their GA Admin, who has access to manage profile data within their organization.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.
By accessing or using the Anchor Core AI platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a General Agency or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Anchor Core AI is a software platform designed exclusively for licensed insurance General Agencies (GAs), Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs), Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs), and their affiliated licensed insurance agents. Access is restricted to authorized users. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution of the platform is strictly prohibited.
IMPORTANT: All AI-generated responses, product comparisons, carrier recommendations, and quote estimates provided by Anchor Core AI are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute:
All final product recommendations, quotes, and applications must be confirmed through a suitability review, completed application, and carrier underwriting. Agents are solely responsible for ensuring that any product recommended to a client is suitable for that client's specific situation.
The platform uses carrier appointment and license data sourced from SuranceBay and user-entered profile information. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this data current, Anchor Core AI does not guarantee the accuracy of carrier appointment or license information. Agents are responsible for verifying their own appointment status with each carrier before submitting an application.
Anchor Core AI is not a Covered Entity under HIPAA. However, agents using the platform may handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in the course of their insurance business. Agents are responsible for ensuring their own HIPAA compliance. Do not enter client PHI (health records, medical diagnoses, treatment information) into AI conversation fields.
All platform software, design, content, and AI prompting architecture is the proprietary property of Anchor Core AI and Robert Holloway II. The four-dimensional eligibility filtering architecture is the subject of a provisional patent application. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure of platform architecture is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anchor Core AI and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in AI responses, missed alerts, or commission calculation discrepancies. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Anchor Core AI integrates with SuranceBay, the insurance industry's leading contracting and licensing platform, to verify agent appointments and license status. The following describes how this integration operates and your obligations under it.
By connecting your SuranceBay account or by having your GA Admin connect SuranceBay on your behalf, you authorize Anchor Core AI to query SuranceBay's API to retrieve your licensing and appointment data for the purpose of filtering AI product recommendations to only those products you are legally authorized to recommend in the relevant states.
License data is sourced ultimately from the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR). Anchor Core AI does not modify or override official license or appointment records. Any discrepancies between platform-displayed data and your actual license status must be resolved directly with your state insurance department or carrier.
Anchor Core AI does not provide Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage. All agents and GA principals using this platform are responsible for maintaining their own appropriate E&O insurance. AI-generated product recommendations do not constitute professional advice and should not be presented to clients as such without independent verification and suitability review.
