Payable from the county Law Library Fund that Texas law already requires every commissioners court to maintain (Tex. Loc. Gov't Code §323.023(a)) — and which §323.023(b)(4) expressly authorizes to be spent on “establishing and maintaining a self-help center to provide resources to county residents representing themselves in legal matters.” A fixed annual fee on a one-year renewable term, all-inclusive, always under the $100,000 competitive-bid threshold (§262.023). No new taxes. No setup fee for founding counties. Every resident receives the estate and family-court self-help tools free, as an official resource of the county.

When a church partners with us, its congregation signs up using that church as their referral, and 10% of their billing goes to that church for the Lord's mission.
