What exactly does the platform do?
It's the operating system for your agency. The AI Product Desk answers agents' product questions — filtered to exactly what each agent can actually sell. Around that sit 18 features and tools — case-stall alerts, lapse/renewal reminders, lead distribution, agent onboarding, scheduling, quoting, resource library, training, commissions and tax tools, agency production, and admin oversight & ROI. Every agency switches on exactly what it needs.
How is the AI different from a generic chatbot?
A generic chatbot has no idea which carriers an agent is contracted with or which states they're licensed in, so it can recommend products the agent can't legally sell. Our AI applies an eligibility filter before it answers — carrier contract, state, age, and amount — so it can only ever suggest products that agent is actually eligible to offer.
What product lines does it cover?
Life insurance and annuity products — fixed and indexed annuities, TSP rollovers, and related life products sold through GAs, IMOs, and FMOs. It does not cover Medicare supplement, Part D, ACA marketplace, or group health. That scope is intentional.
Is it white-labeled to our agency?
Yes. Every automated email — alerts, welcomes, quotes — sends from your agency's own verified domain, so it's your brand in your agents' and clients' inboxes.

What do we need to provide to get started?
Your agent roster (contracts and licensing) so eligibility stays accurate — confirmed through SuranceBay or your agency roster — and a verified sending domain for white-label email. We handle configuration during onboarding. No new software for your staff to learn.
We don't use SuranceBay. Does that matter?
No. The platform works from your agency roster either way. SuranceBay just makes keeping it current automatic. We sort out the right setup for you during onboarding.
Where does our data live?
Inside your systems. We don't sell or share your data, and the platform is permission-controlled so each role only sees what it should.
Is there an audit trail for AI answers?
Yes. Every query and the answer it produced is logged, giving compliance staff a complete record of every recommendation made through the system.

How does pricing work?
There are no packages. Every agency can switch on any of the 18 features — the only thing that sets your price is the size of your agent roster, never which features you use. Fixed tiers, no negotiation: Foundation $3,500/mo, Growth $6,500/mo, Partner $10,000/mo, Enterprise $15,000/mo, each with a one-time $5,000 setup. Your tier adjusts automatically as your roster grows.
What's the setup fee for?
The one-time $5,000 covers onboarding — connecting your roster and sending domain, configuring the platform to your carriers and workflow, testing, and training your team before go-live.
How fast can we launch?
About four weeks from signing to a fully live agency, depending on your setup. We configure it to exactly how your agency operates as part of onboarding.
Does the platform keep improving after launch?
Always. New features are added over time — either built for a single agency's specific needs, or rolled out platform-wide so every agency gets the upgrade. The published tier prices stay fixed.
Who do we work with day-to-day?
The founder, directly. No account managers, no layers between your agency and the person responsible for your system.
